We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. The crew were very polite and we felt very good. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Recommended.

Epic sounds, food great for price and staff efficient. Recommend and go to the back for a ciggy..its right opposite the Cavern entrance.. fab photos to take as a tourist and still remain ???? cool.
We visited Turtle Bay in Liverpool Victoria Street on Father's Day, 20th June 2021. We were politely greeted at the door and shown to our reserved table immediately. Maisie looked after us and she was very friendly, professional and courteous at all times, as were all of her colleagues. We were asked for our drinks choice after a few minutes, then our food order was taken. The food was presented well and tasted amazing! The food and drinks selection is huge, so you will definitely find something you like to eat and drink... and the drinks keep coming... just ask, ha ha. We have already booked to go again as we both had a fantastic time! As for genuine customer service, we had a small issue with the bill, but this was quickly resolved by Lauren in no time. Brilliant customer service on top of everything else! Highly recommended to anyone who visits our fantastic city of Liverpool!!
I usually love turtle bay so I’m hoping it was an off day (although I’ve never been to this one before). We had cocktails here and they were not great, they were watery and a little bit tasteless. Yes they were 241 but I even like that was pricey for what we got. Maybe it was because it was a busy Saturday evening. The staff were really friendly though and as always the atmosphere was great
