Unprofessional, rude and abrupt staff. Management were particularly dismissive and unprofessional. The service was exceptionally poor and we encountered significant waiting times for food and drinks. Staff lacked interpersonal skills and should not be in customer facing roles. The food was OK when it eventually arrived. The cocktails were very bland. Seemed like they simply crushed 3 bags of ice and squeezed 2 drops of raspberry cordial then dug up the frozen raspberry from the back of the freezer to finish it off! Overall, I wouldn't return nor recommend to others. There are much better Caribbean restaurants with authentic food and great customer service. The manager on duty was shocking. He probably should have opted for a day's leave to check his attitude. The staff were overwhelmed an unable to deliver service or food of a good standard and the overall experience was underwhelming! I could have saved myself a lot of money and time!
The service here was wonderful and fast. The food was super delicious! And the atmosphere will surely put you in a good mood. I will definitely be back!!
